Our story
Fifteen-plus years, one local team
We’ve been building in the Forest of Dean for over 15 years, working out of our yard at Ruspidge in Cinderford. In that time we’ve dug footings, built extensions, replastered whole houses and put up more garden walls, patios and porches than we could easily count.
Every trade is handled in-house: groundworks, brickwork and stonework, structural openings, carpentry, roofing, rendering and plastering, right down to the final coat of paint. The same team that starts a job is still there to finish it.
We take the groundworks on ourselves rather than sub-contracting them out, so the dig and the build are one booking instead of two gangs with a wait in between, and the setting-out is ours to get right.
How we work
No surprises, just straight building
One team, start to finish
The people who dig the footings are still on site for the plastering and the paint. No subcontracted stages, no new faces halfway through.
One point of contact
You deal with the same person throughout the job, not whoever happens to pick up. Questions get answered by someone who knows your site.
Tidy sites
Materials stacked properly and rubbish cleared as the job goes, rather than left to pile up until the final week.
Building Control handled
We book the inspections and meet the inspector on site at every stage that needs sign-off, so nothing gets covered up before it’s checked.
Realistic dates
We’d rather say six weeks and hit it than promise four and miss it. Dates account for weather and deliveries, not best-case guesses.
